Viva Films founder Vic del Rosario Jr. turned 73 Iast October 26, but his family—along with Viva executives and employees—prepared a musical extravaganza asalto party for their well-loved Boss Vic the night prior.
The party, attended by a mix of past and present Viva talents such as Basil Valdez, Anne Curtis, The Hotdog, and Marion Aunor to name a few, was held at his company’s own music bar, the Music Hall at the Metrowalk in Pasig City.
The highlight of the party was a video presentation where bosses and representatives of the different subsidiaries and departments of the soon-to-be 37-year-old Viva Entertainment company (which now include food businesses, mind you), greeted the indefatigable Boss Vic and rendered songs or parts of songs that best remind them of their visionary boss.
It’s evident however, gauging from his reactions that night, that he is most touched by his grandchildren’s individual greetings.
