Cristine Reyes and Baron Geisler team up for the first time to show off their acting chops in one of this year’s anticipated drama movies, Dearly Beloved.

It's story that will teach us how to fight for our choices, go through necessary sacrifices, and face life’s toughest challenges - all for our DEARLY BELOVED.

Fate brings Deo (Baron Geisler) and Shel (Cristine Reyes) together when they meet at a bar and immediately fall for each other. They soon live together, start their own family, and become a happy and completely in love couple.

All seems well that even strangers would think their family life is perfect. But things are far from being that way.

Both Deo and Shel are still legally married to their former partners and are now living in a blended family setup with all their children – Gelo (Deo and Shel’s son), Nathan (Shel’s son with her ex-husband), Trixie and Levi (Deo’s children with his ex-wife).

Despite them and their children being open about their complex setup, they couldn't help but be affected by other people’s judgments and the norms that society imposes.

How will Deo and Shel keep their new family and relationship from imploding? Will their love and trust for each other be enough to stay strong?

Or, just like their past relationships, will things also slowly slip away? Will they be too emotionally exhausted to hold on?

Dearly Beloved also stars Phoebe Walker as Rhoan (Deo’s ex-wife), JC Tiuseco as Keith (Shel’s ex-husband), together with child actors Althea Ruedas, Robbie Wachtel, Tyro Daylusan, and Charles Law who play as Deo and Shel’s children. The cast also include Ivan Padilla, Rey PJ Abellana, Marissa Sanchez, Ana Luna, Erica Ladiza, Guji Lorenzana, and Nicco Manalo.

This Viva Films' film by Marla Ancheta, the same director who gave us the critically acclaimed heartwarming movie Doll House (which also starred Baron Geisler and Althea Ruedas), Dearly Beloved, is showing in cinemas nationwide staring this Black Saturday, March 30, 2024.
