Heather Sloane Chua, first born of former GMA-7 actress Nadine Samonte and immigration officer Richard Chua (only son of actress Isabel Rivas), turned two last August 27.
By way of celebration, her parents threw her a Minnie Mouse themed party since Heather had always been drawn to the popular Disney character since she was a baby. The party was held at one of the Alabang, Muntinlupa branches of a popular fast food chain.
Heather’s Lola Isabel, who is turning 60 this December, was not present at her party because she’s currently on vacation in the United States.
But the Lola made sure she sent her a birthday greeting through Facebook, where she posted this message: “Happy bday my sweet & loving apo Heather Sloane... you have brought joy to my heart & life, I pray that you will grow up to be a God fearing & Jesus loving child. I love you very much.
Heather’s mom and dad likewise posted their respective loving messages on Instagram for their unica hija.

Heather’s guests include (L-R) Cristine Reyes and daughter Amarah, and Jade Lopez who is reportedly getting married this October to her non-showbiz boyfriend Rocky Ficcion. Cristine, Jade, and Heather’s mom Nadine are batchmates in the original StarStruck artista search of GMA-7 back in 2003.
