James Reid, Billy Crawford, and Sam Concepcion lit up the Le Reve Events venue last February 28 during the press conference for their upcoming concert, The Cr3w, taking place on April 5 at the Araneta Coliseum.
The three musically-inclined entertainers candidly answered questions about their music, their inspirations, their friendship—and why they can call their group a “mutual admiration society.”
Billy, who recently returned to making music with his new single Filipina Girl, shared exactly why he loves working with James (“he’s got passion, he’s got fire”) and Sam (“one of the dopest performers here sa Pilipinas.”)
The international singer added: “This is a crew of performers, I guess. We motivate each other and we inspire each other, and we feed off each other for music and performing.”
Speaking on behalf of the younger Cr3w members, the reluctant kuya of the group promised high-energy performances that will still feel intimate and personal for an experience worth looking forward to.
While the trio have yet to reveal to what degree their special guests Nadine Lustre, Coleen Garcia, and Yassi Pressman will be involved in the concert, they want to assure fans that it will be “something special.”
