“Saddened and disappointed” ang K-Pop star na si Sandara Park dahil sa pagkaka-cancel ng kanyang concert na "Awake: A New Beginning" sa Cebu.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), nag-apologize si Dara sa kanyang mga fans sa Cebu dahil sa nangyari.
“I'm also very very sad and disappointed with what happened. I was preparing a lot for the show. But there is always next time so pls...I hope you guys are ok and don't forget I'll always be here for my Daralings and Blackjacks.”
Naka-schedule sana ang concert on September 23 at the City Di Mare event grounds at South Road Properties in Cebu City.
Pero ayon sa event producer na Mark Entertainment and Events, postponed ang event due to “unforeseen circumstances and unpredictable weather condition.”
Bukod kay Dara, other K-Pop groups who were set to perform in the concert were AB6IX, Viviz, Younite, 1MILLION, and MB Crew.
Dahil sa event na pinaghahandaan ng matagal ni Dara, hindi na siya um-attend ng Paris Fashion Week (PFW) kunsaan meron siyang mga imbitasyon na um-attend ng iba’t ibang fashion shows.
“And I'm not going to PFW this year. I was supposed to be in other country for work end of this month but unfortunately, it just got canceled too. What is happening(?) My god. So it is already too late to prepare for Paris. What a bad timing.
“I can still go to fashion week next year but I was really excited to meet my fans on stage again in different cities. Hoping for more shows in the future. We are still young.”
Sa gitna ng mga cancelation, nanatiling positive si Dara na magiging okay ang lahat.
“There is always ups and downs in life. Honestly, I’m not feeling good but how much more Daralings and Blackjacks feel…. U guys are always happier than me during my good times and more sad and hurt during my bad times. But there’s a rainbow always after the rain. I love you guys.”
