Tan Roncal, Batit Espiritu, Ashley Del Mundo, and Yen Quirante—collectively dubbed “Team TBAY”—are the members of the third and newest batch of PBB (Pinoy Big Brother) Otso’s Teen Big 4.
These young individuals proved and earned a spot in the big four after successfully accomplishing difficult tasks inside the famous Bahay ni Kuya. And after a few months in the competition, they are finally ready to take on tougher challenges in the outside world equipped with life lessons from Big Brother.
During PBB Otso’s media conference held last Friday, May 31 at the Red Hotel, the members of the third batch revealed the kind of life they had inside the PBB house and the big role that the unseen Big Brother played in helping them prepare for the tougher life beyond the confines of the PBB house.
Yen, who captured the hearts of the viewers because of her outgoing personality, said that being a housemate is truly unforgettable not only because of the grueling weekly tasks but also because of Big Brother’s words of wisdom.
Meanwhile, Ashley, who became the public’s favorite because of her honesty and maturity said that her time inside the house paved way for a lot of self-discoveries.
“What I can say about Kuya’s house is, it is such an amazing experience, a really extraordinary once-in-a-lifetime experience. It really brings out a side of you that you’ve never really seen before and you’ll discover a new part of yourself. Hidden talents po comes out while you’re in the house. With Kuya…all Kuya wants for us is to improve and discover yourself.”
Batit, for his part, was considered as the Kuya figure by his housemates. He fought hard to be part of the big four by staying true to himself, exercising patience, and taking Big Brother’s pieces of advice seriously.
The formerly shy Tan, for his part, radiated more positive energy after setting his foot inside the PBB house.
