Triple A artist Maine Mendoza will be paired with Carlo Aquino in a modern romantic comedy film dubbed “Isa Pa With Feelings” that will be directed by Prime Cruz under ABS-CBN Films’s subsidiary, Black Sheep.
The newest crossover of one of GMA-7 artists to its rival network ABS-CBN for an upcoming film was announced after a story conference earlier this morning, June 27.
(Although Maine is technically not a GMA-7 contract star).
As reported, the director revealed that the story will revolve between two broken individuals who will eventually meet or find each other.
The film already looks promising as we can finally see how Maine, coming from mostly comedic projects, takes on a more serious role and how can Carlo’s seriousness complement Maine’s personality!
It is the first time for Maine and Carlo to appear together in any media platform. Although Blacksheep has yet to reveal more details for the said film, the project is already receiving mixed reactions from the fans. Celebrities, however are more supportive of the new screen tandem.
