Real-and-reel life couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla gave their fans the ultimate kilig feels on Instagram when the former posted a photo of them enjoying their reportedly unchaperoned trip in Iceland.
Last Sunday, September 29, Kathryn shared photos of her and Daniel on their first day in the country, having a swim in the Blue Lagoon.
A few hours later, she posted a photo of them admiring the Northern Lights of the Nordic country. In the first photo, she gave Daniel a lovely kiss on the cheek.
“Define magical. ✨🥺 The northern lights decided to show up on our first day here, almost as if it was welcoming us. Thanks for showing up, Aurora Borealis! Please feel free to do so again in the coming days. We really don't mind. 😻” Kathryn wrote as a caption.
This, however, was not their first time in the picturesque country. In 2016, the couple was spotted in Iceland doing a fashion photoshoot for a magazine.
Last Friday, in an episode of Magandang Buhay, Daniel’s mother Karla Estrada revealed that the KathNiel tandem decided to take a vacation to recharge before going back to work.
Kathryn is fresh from the success of the blockbuster film Hello, Love, Goodbye with Alden Richards. After that, she announced that she and Daniel will be working on a new teleserye nest year. The powerhouse loveteam’s previous projects include the series La Luna Sangre in 2017 and The Hows of Us last 2018.
