“I saw it on Pinterest first and then I saw it on [an] Instagram account that features brand logos and how they make [them] different,” paliwanag ng actress at fashion icon sa online show na naka-live sa Facebook. “And I saw Chanel pasta. Sabi ko, ‘Oh, it’s so cute.’
“But to those who don’t know, Chanel does not have a restaurant,” pagpapatuloy n’ya. “When they serve coffee in their store, the only logo that you’ll see is on the napkin. But it’s not on the coffee, it’s not like that.”
“So, these things [French fries] are made,” aniya. “First, I tried cutting out on bread, ganyan, ganyan. And my amazing Ate Shiela over here, [siya ang] kokorte.
“We did like pancakes first, and then when we did the French fries… I have a friend who is a baker. She had a mold and she gave it to me. So that’s when we start doing the fries. So that’s how it started.”
“Basically, it’s just being creative. It’s like… I don’t know. It’s like, pulling a ribbon on a trash bag and actually making it looks couture. Honestly, I love creating. I love coming up with fun stuff.”
“And before I used to get really bothered with bashers,” pagbabahagi ni Heart. “I remember before, although that one I really understood, I started to make… You know when I get a lot of gifts and when you buy, there’s a ribbon in the Chanel, ribbon of the Hermes. And I just keep [them] in a box. Kasi nanghihinayang akong itapon. Sometimes, I wrap them in my bag.
“So, sabi ko, ‘Itahi ko kaya ito du’n sa [face] mask para pang-eme lang or something.’ I got bashed. I really cried,” pag-amin ng actress-vlogger.
“But I get it. They said it’s too much, but that I kinda get,” she said. “But now, I think about it and, you know, it’s just trying to put something you create on something so simple that can make you happy.
“I guess every people, everyone copes a different way. That’s how I cope with my daily life. If it’s putting flowers on your pancake to make it look extra nice, then go ahead, ‘di ba?”
“I only cried because I was also weak [that time],” k’wento pa ng governor’s wife sa show. “I was going through a bad phase of pressure and anxiety.
“It started last year, November, when I had the burning tongue syndrome. I had excruciating pain in my tongue, on the tip of my tongue. And won’t go away and my tongue was red. I went to so many doctors. Because it was so bad, gusto ko na ipukpok ‘yong ulo ko sa lamesa sa sobrang sakit.
“I tried painkillers...nothing works. And they said I was diagnosed with the burning tongue syndrome. So, the burning tongue syndrome, it has no cause, no cure, but can be kulang ka ng vitamin B, it can be anything, but anxiety is also a cause. And I was also going through anxiety.”
She said she was on her way to recovery nang maganap ang pambaba-bash sa kanya kaya naman hindi n’ya iyon kinaya dahil hindi pa nga s’ya totally healed.
“My hands were all numb. My toes were numb. I would get adrenalin rush. I sleep then I wake up and I have so much adrenalin. So, at that time, I was healing from that. I couldn’t take the pressure so that’s when I cried.”
“But then, now, I’m so much better,” sey pa ng tinaguriang Queen of Creative Collaborations. “You know, when you go through something… I mean, it’s different for everyone. When you go through something traumatic in your life like thinking about ending things or really going deep in your mental state, you know, you will do anything to make yourself happy.
“If it makes you happy, you cannot think about what people are gonna say because you have to make yourself happy.”
“Actually, I know what it is [they are mad about]. They don’t like me to begin with,” pagtatapos ni Heart.
