Molly Eva Baylon, best known for her stint as a member of the SexBomb Girls and Eat Bulaga’s EB Babes, was not only celebrating her 30th birthday last Sunday, May 3 but was also celebrating her first birthday as a mother to daughter Kaia Eno.
The dancer-host took to Instagram to share emotional messages about these milestones, saying how it was one of her 2020 highlights so far.
“My first birthday with my daughter, stronger faith, fortified character and a lot more are the highlights of my 2020 so far,” she wrote. “I will not let this pandemic steal the beauty of every moment because our Heavenly Father is stronger than any virus.”
She then recalled how a series of unplanned events happened in her life that broke her. Yet, it was her strong faith in the Lord that helped her go through with such, before expressing her gratitude to everyone who took the time to greet her on her special day.
“My sincerest gratitude goes to those who greeted and remembered me today. I won’t be able to mention every single one of you, but please know that you all made me feel loved and happy,” she said.
She then went on thanking her daughter Kaia for making her a “better person.”
“Motherhood has unleashed the superwoman in me, it made me do things I never thought possible. I love you so much!” she wrote to her 5-month-old baby.
After expressing how blessed she is to have her family, Molly then thanked Kaia’s father, who she did not name, for his sacrifices and guidance.
“To Kaia’s Father, thank you for making this day extra special. Your sacrifices, continuous provision, guidance, love and care are highly appreciated,” Molly wrote.
Lastly, she thanked the Lord for continually blessing her life beyond what she deserves.
“I trust you with all my heart and soul. I know you’re in control. I will wait for the day that you will heal all the sick, crush the plague that oppresses us and finally open the doors of your house again for us to receive You sacramentally. Happy Birthday to me!” she concluded the post.
In another Instagram post, Molly shared reflections from days leading up to her 30th birthday, saying how she suffered from sleepless nights.
“The days before my birthday, I was having sleepless nights,” she said. “I couldn’t help but ask God what the future is gonna be like not for me but for Kaia. My anxiety bugs me and I just find myself praying so hard like I have never prayed before.”
“I know the turn of events left us all unguarded. Many of us aren’t prepared for what’s happening. All of us are clueless of what lies ahead. Nobody knows but the Lord,” she added.
The former EB Babe and SexBomb dancer then talked about her realizations about the Luzon-wide lockdown, saying how not everything is “permanent in this world.”
“The things we used to enjoy can be gone in a single snap of God’s mighty fingers,” she said. “The things we have, the people who are important to us including our lives are all borrowed. We are not the owners of what we possessed, we are simply the caretakers of everything in the world.”
Experiencing the quarantine caused by the COVID-19 pandemic humbled Molly, making her more grateful for the life given by the Lord. She says that people’s God-given life is one of the many blessings that they continue to neglect.
Yet, 2020 will be the best year for Molly, as she got to share her 30th with her daughter Kaia.
“This year may seem to be the hardest and ugliest to some but for me it’ll always be the best. Why? Because the Lord has given me the chance to share my 30th year of existence with my one great love (Kaia),” she concluded on her second post.
It could be recalled that Molly surprised her friends and followers when she announced that she had given birth to baby Kaia last November 19, 2019.
She also suffered a heartbreaking loss last 2018, a day before Christmas, when her boyfriend of almost three years, musician Tryron De Guzman, passed away after suffering cardiac arrest.
Wishing you a happy belated birthday, Molly! Hoping all your dreams this year will come true!
