Singer-songwriter Argee Guerrero of I Belong To The Zoo recently announced that he is positive for the coronavirus disease, otherwise known as COVID-19.

He shared the news on his Twitter and Instagram Stories last Saturday, August 8 and revealed he has been on quarantine since July 26.

"Don't worry, everything is slowly going back to normal," he assured his fans, before reminding everyone to stay at home.

"Please stay at home if you don't have anything important to do outside. Wear your masks properly," he went on.

"The latest toys, shoes, streetwear, and gadgets can wait. Your old and new hobbies can wait. Stay at home," he concluded.

I Belong To The Zoo is best known for the songs "Sana", "Balang Araw", and "Balita", with the former being an official theme song for the film Open starring Arci Muñoz and JC Santos last 2019.

Guerrero also had a well-known collaboration with Moira Dela Torre for the song "Patawad, Paalam" the same year, working alongside the singer and her husband Jason Hernandez for the song's music and lyrics.
