Angel (Audrey Avila) and Lexi (Cess Garcia) are best friends on the run after they accidentally killed Angel’s abusive boyfriend, Eric (Rome Guinto). Though what they did was self-defense, the guy was influential and had a lot of connections. Out of fear, Angel and Lexi decided it was better to escape and hope things die down and they could live freely again. As Angel and Lexi start their life anew, they meet Lemuel (Mon Mendoza), a handsome gentleman whom Angel immediately falls for.

Lexi warns Angel to be cautious around other people as they are still trying to protect their identities, but Angel can’t resist Lemuel and gives in to her desires and starts a sexual relationship with him.

Angel falls hard for Lemuel, and it reaches a point where she suspects that Lexi likes Lemuel, too, and that it may be the reason why Lexi is so against their relationship.

But unknown to Angel, Lexi is very protective of her not because she’s a good friend or has feelings for Lemuel, but because Lexi is in love with Angel, she's only too scared to admit it because she’s afraid it would ruin their friendship.

What happens when Lexi finally confesses her real feelings to Angel? Will it be the start of something new or will their relationship end like Lexi feared it would? And will they forever get away from the crime they’ve committed? Or is there someone out there chasing them, seeking revenge?
