Elise (Angela Morena) is a damsel in distress who must learn how to stand up for herself after a humiliating scandal. Marco (Jiad Arroyo), her former suitor, and Riza (Alexa Ocampo), Elise’s classmate and Marco’s girlfriend make fun of her.

She then meets Ace (Yuki Sakamoto), who introduces her to the martial art and combat sport, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Elise enrolls herself in a BJJ class to hone her skills. Marco also signs up for this class to keep an eye on Elise and attempts to woo her back. Riza learns about this and becomes vengeful towards Elise.

Elise, on the other hand, slowly starts falling for Ace as she continues to have private BJJ lessons from him. They eventually get together for a passionate lovemaking, where Elise realizes that the moves in BJJ can also be applied in bed. Doing this makes her feel empowered, especially when she's on top of Ace. But despite everything, their relationship remains a blur as Ace is still grieving from the death of his fiancé.

What will be the future of Elise and Ace’s relationship? Why is Marco trying to woo her back? And if these men and other people attempt to try and hurt her again, can Elise finally stand up for herself?
